Shipping PolicyGeneral Information
We do our best to accurately show our products however, colours may be different than what is shown on the site. We are not responsible if colour does not meet expectations, based on website photos as computer screens can alter the true colouring of a product.
Orders are processed and shipped with great care - nobody likes to get the wrong item! Currently our orders are shipping within 24 hours of receiving your payment on regular business days. Our inventory system is "real" time so it shows as in-stock. We do our best to make sure quantities are accurate but sometimes there are minor discrepancies. If there are any issues we will contact you via email prior to shipping.
To keep our shipping department running quickly and efficiently we will no longer accept order add ons to get to the free shipping status. Please order everything you want in one order. Should you have product questions, please email us with what you are interested in purchasing and we will do our best to reply as quickly as possible.

We currently only ship with Canadapost.
For orders up to $149.99 (before taxes) - $20
Orders over $150 (before taxes) - FREE SHIPPING
Orders are shipped with tracking number and basic coverage of insurance of $100. For orders over $150 - if you would like full coverage please select the handling fee (free shipping) option of $5 for the additional insurance otherwise your order will only be covered for $100.
Lettermail - For a small flat order under 20mm (.5in) and under 500g (must be under 2 meters of fabric, patterns, etc) we are now offering a Canadapost Lettermail option for $10. This comes with no insurance, no tracking and no delivery timeline. Please contact us with your order including address via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to use this process.
