CANADA
Lettermail (labelled Economy) - For a small flat order under 20mm (.5in) and under 500g (must be flat products - under 2 meters of fabric, patterns) we are now offering a Canadapost Lettermail option for $10. This comes with no insurance, no tracking and no delivery timeline. If you choose this option and your order does not meet these requirements you will be contacted for additional shipping charges to go Expedited Flat Rate.
Canada Post Expedited (labelled Canada Post) - $20 Expedited Orders are shipped with tracking number and basic coverage of insurance of $100. For orders over $150 - if you would like full coverage please select the handling fee (free shipping) option of $7 for the additional insurance otherwise your order will only be covered for $100.
Courier
For orders up to $69.99 (before taxes) - $25 Courier Shipping
For orders up $70 - 139.99 (before taxes) - $49 Courier Shipping
For orders $140 - 199.99 (before taxes) - $65 Courier Shipping
For orders over $200 (before taxes) - FREE Courier Shipping
If you choose courier at check out please let us know in the notes whether the address is a business or home address. Please use physical address as your mailing address.

USA
As of August 29, 2025, the United States requires all packages entering the U.S. to have duties prepaid. We are taking a brief pause on shipments to the United States as we learn more about this information and how to implement it into our online shopping cart. Sorry for the inconvenience

Tracked Packet (labelled Economy) - For a small, flat order that fits in a 9" x 13" envelope, under 20mm (.5in) and under 500g (must be flat products - under 2 meters of fabric, patterns, etc) we are now offering a Canadapost Tracked Packet option for $15. This comes with tracking and insurance and an estimated delivery of 6-10 business days. If you choose this option and your order does not meet these requirements you will be contacted for additional shipping charges to go Expedited Flat Rate.

We do our best to accurately show our products however, colours may be different than what is shown on the site. We are not responsible if colour does not meet expectations, based on website photos as computer screens can alter the true colouring of a product.
Orders are processed and shipped with great care - nobody likes to get the wrong item! Currently our orders are shipping with Canada Post within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment Monday - Friday. Courier services can take 1-2 business days to pickup as we a not in a city and do not have a drop off location as we do for Canada post. Our inventory system is "real" time so it shows as in-stock. We do our best to make sure quantities are accurate but sometimes there are minor discrepancies. If there are any issues we will contact you via email prior to shipping.
To keep our shipping department running quickly and efficiently we will no longer accept order add ons to get to the free shipping status. Please order everything you want in one order. Should you have product questions, please email us with what you are interested in purchasing and we will do our best to reply as quickly as possible.
International Orders
We are not offering any shipping quotes internationally at this time.
