Hunter Star Block Class
Join Margaret while she takes you through the steps to make the Hunter Star block. Using the Rapid Fire Hunter Star ruler, you can create these beautiful stars without sewing a bunch of half square triangles! Each star point radiates from the center out to their points as one fabric piece and with NO "Y" seams!
In this one day class you will work your way through the steps of making the Hunter Star. While you will complete some blocks through the day, you will be completing your quilt project at home or bring it back on one of our sew days to complete.
There will be a brief break for lunch so you can bring a bag lunch or order from a local restaurant.
| Requirements: | Sewing machine, mat & rotary cutter 6"x12" ruler or 6"x24" ruler, 6 1/2" square ruler (or Tucker Trimmer I) Pen/pencil, quilters magic wand, scissors, straight pins Studio 180 Rapid Fire Hunter Star ruler *there will be a couple in class that can be shared if you would like to try it out. |
